Etude et tests de qualification du banc d’essais des filtres selon la NF EN ISO 16890-2 (2022)

Cette note technique rassemble des résultats de tests de qualification du banc d'essais des filtres selon la NF EN ISO 16890-2 (2022). Les résultats des tests ont été obtenus avant modification du banc (en 2019, ajout d'une plaque perforée d'ouverture 40 % en amont du conduit du banc) et après modification (en 2023). La modification du banc a été décidée et mise en oeuvre après une étude théorique par simulation numérique (CFD 3D) dont les résultats sont également présentés ici. La modification du banc a permis d'améliorer de manière très significative l'aéraulique du banc d'essais et de le rendre conforme aux exigences de la NF EN ISO 16890-2 (2022) sur la quasi-totalité des paramètres étudiés.

Title: Study and qualification testing of the test rig used for filter testing according to NF EN ISO 16890-2 (2022)
Abstract: This technical note contains results qualification testing of the test rig used for filter testing according to NF EN ISO 16890-2 (2022). Test results have been obtained before the test rig has been modified (in 2019, a perforated plate with 40% opening has been installed in the upstream part of the test rig) and after its modification (in 2023). The modification of the test rig has been decided and implemented after a theoretical numerical simulation study (3D CFD) has been carried out whose results are hereafter presented. The modification of the test rig has allowed to significantly improve the air flow pattern within the test rig and to make that the requirements of the NF EN ISO 16890-2 (2022) are satisfied on almost all the considered parameters.
