Annex 51 (Acoustic signatures of heat pumps) of the IEA Technology Collaboration Programme on Heat Pumping Technologies pursued the objectives to perform a Round Robin Test between the laboratories to check that the noise measurements give close results and get a feedback on the standards implementation. This report describes the calculation of a Seasonal Sound Power Level (SLw) from the results of the round robin test on an air-to-water heat pump.
