BRIEF

The manufacturer asked CETIAT to evaluate the performance of the cockpit and passenger cabin ventilation system on the new H160 medium utility helicopter.

CETIAT RESPONSE

CETIAT built scale models including the ventilation systems.

RESULTS AND BENEFITS

A series of air handling tests were carried out in CETIAT workshops and the models were then transferred to the Airbus Helicopters site in Marignane.
